Natalie Scott
Counsellor
My approach is warm, friendly, and down-to-earth, so you can feel at ease from the very first session.
I’m trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and can tailor our work to suit you – whether that’s exploring the past, focusing on the here-and-now, or finding practical tools to help you cope.
I’m autism-informed and experienced in supporting neurodivergent clients, creating a space where you can be yourself without needing to mask or explain. I work with adults facing all sorts of challenges – stress, anxiety, grief, big life changes, or just that sense of feeling “stuck.”
Most of all, I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation that helps you move forward. It’s a space to untangle what’s going on, feel heard, and discover new ways to feel better.
My areas of interest are mental health from the neurodivergent lens. I have both lived and professional experience. Working with big life changes or feeling stuck.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and I am also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner which means we use communication and mindset tools to help change limiting beliefs, increase self confidence and reduce stress and anxiety.
Robert Bateman
Trainee Counsellor
I am a trainee person-centred counsellor and a clinical emotional wellbeing practitioner with a background in supporting people through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.
Currently, I work within the NHS for SET-CAMHS, where I deliver CBT-informed therapeutic support. My role involves structured one-to-one sessions, emotional wellbeing assessments, and collaborative care planning. I also continue to build my skills in areas like risk assessment, safeguarding, and clinical documentation.
While my current role uses CBT-informed tools, my counselling training is grounded in person-centred values. I’m currently completing a Level 4 Diploma in Person-centred Counselling and am a student member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I also hold training in suicide awareness, emotional regulation, and safeguarding.
